Description

100% Solids Engineering
Manufactured to ISO 9001 standards, this premium two-pack epoxy is formulated as a "100% solids" system. Unlike solvent-based paints that shrink and release noxious fumes during curing, this solvent-free coating retains its full wet film thickness, creating a layer up to 500 microns thick. Its low-odour composition makes it the safest choice for enclosed animal environments, preventing respiratory irritation for both pets and staff during application and curing.

Hygienic & Durable Protection
Designed for high-biosecurity environments, this epoxy creates a seamless, non-porous barrier that is impervious to animal urine, harsh detergents, and disinfectants. The high-gloss finish eliminates bacterial harbourage points, making daily wash-downs rapid and effective. Mechanically, the cured resin is exceptionally hard-wearing, offering superior resistance against abrasion from claws, heavy foot traffic, and the impact of metal food bowls or equipment.

Professional Application
Suitable for concrete, metal, and wood substrates, this paint is engineered for fast facility turnaround. It becomes safe for foot traffic in just 24 hours (at 20°C), minimizing downtime for your business. Important: For the safety of the animals, we highly recommend adding our Anti-Slip Aggregate to the final coat to provide traction for paws on the glossy surface. Power floated concrete must be mechanically prepared before application.
